It’s summer! It’s camping time! Or something. Now I think about it, first one wasn’t even really limited to sea but a whole island. Second one… I’m not even sure if there’s sea element at all. First part was like various places and second part was just prison area. Third one is the closest one being sea-themed but just like first one it was also a whole island which has mountain as well. And lastly last year was… Las Vegas. It’s fucking desert.

I guess they’ve never done exclusively sea-themed to begin with!

This one though is pretty much just mountain. It’s got lake but that’s about it.

Also it’s got Illya summer which I thankfully was able to get with limited amount of stones.

Still going slowly through the quests. Weirdly enough I’m almost done with the store even though I’m barely halfway through the story.

Meanwhile on my old account, I’ve been trying to get Castoria. A bit over 300 rolls and she hasn’t appeared at all ;_; Not only that, I haven’t even gotten any SSR servant at all. The probability for that to happen is 5% which is kinda ridiculous. There’s still one last day but I’m not holding my breath. I’ll just get over with it and try again next time =[

Meanwhile in NA, summer is over. I cleared the whole store just in time. Oh, I said I’m not rolling anything but that was a lie. I did end up rolling for Jeanne summer.

And unlike my old JP account, thankfully I got her in 23 rolls.

While she isn’t all that useful for now, she should be pretty useful once Castoria comes out… in two years…

And I still don’t have Lancelot. I haven’t gotten Kaleidoscope either. I can’t use my Skadi in full ;_; Considering I won’t pull for anything until next summer, this will be a rather annoying year. At least Skadi and Waver together make good NP charger.

Coming next (after the 11M download) would be Fate/Zero collab rerun. I still haven’t gotten Angra Mainyu…

5th anniversary events have started trickling in. The Memorial Quests so far are quite easy.

The strengthening quests are pretty interesting too with Phantom getting a long overdue buff. It’s almost copy-pasted from Alexander but almost better if not for only 90% maximum chance. It sure would be nice if they increase the rate as well but he’s got the debuff rate buff so maybe it’s fine. There’s nothing more to it though so his usefulness is still rather questionable.

Darius buff is pretty good one though. While not buff, buster def down for enemies is pretty close. This also brought him even further from Kiyohime who is already underpowered.

The last one from yesterday was David and he finally got his anti-giant damage boost. His skill set is already plenty good so this just makes him slightly more useful.

There’s only one low rarity servant buff remaining and I heard it’ll be more buff for Cu OG. That doesn’t sound quite right because he already has his NP buff and his skill set is pretty much overpowered. A buff for Cu proto instead would be welcome.

As for the rest higher rarity servants, I so far don’t have any of them, lol. I don’t usually use them either so I don’t know how much improvements they are. The Gubijin buff of buff removal resistance seems to be the most useful.

The CE banner is just weird so I’m skipping it.

Next update will probably be after their live stream on Monday. The timing is pretty annoying because while it’s holiday, it’s also the last long weekend day which means there isn’t much time to fully enjoy whatever updates they put out. Especially if they also start summer event simultaneously – then it’ll be a pretty big update to digest.

As I mentioned in a post earlier, I managed to get Salter summer during last day of her banner. That was nice. I also cleared the events barely on time.

Summer Fes has started and I mentioned earlier I don’t have spare gems/tickets at the moment so I only did single pull of Jeanne banner and got Fuuma. It was pretty much expected to miss.I wonder if I should try Dantes banner as well. Maybe I’ll do just one. Rolls as typing this… and the result is… Alexander. Ha ha ha 😐

Anyway! My current progress for the event itself is one sixth purely from the doujin power perspective. It should be pretty accurate. I don’t remember the most efficient way to clear this so for now I’m clearing the currency store first. I still need 1800 Gil dollars and over 3000 of the other two dollars. This will take a while but the event will be up for another two weeks. There should be enough time to clear everything.

Finished the event! I didn’t want to bother thinking for challenge quest so I cleared it with command seals.

I also got this rather useless servant to NP5. That sure is something. If only he appears on my NA account instead.

Current event won’t end until next week but apart of a bit of farming I’m mostly done with it. Will be back to farming green cubes, I guess.

Summer 2019 Rerun! Salter summer pickup! Chance for NP2! Except I didn’t get her. I did 180 rolls and the only SR or above servants I got were three copies of Helena summer. She’s pretty useful as I still don’t have Kaleidoscope but an actual Kaleidoscope sure would be nice. And Salter summer.

With that, I emptied my SQ and tickets. I guess I won’t be rolling for Edmond. Or Jannu summer. Or anyone. Until next year for Okita summer. Hopefully I will gather enough fund by then.

Meanwhile on the event itself, I’ve finished the main story and challenge quests. First part, as I mentioned last week, I used command seals but for the second part I finished it without. Shiki and Jannu sure can go a long way.

I’m still rather far behind on farming but the event is ending soon. It looks like I’ll be mostly farming for this event this weekend.

CCC done. I did finish it with the least amount of effort. Apparently the repeatable last quest can be repeated indefinitely by unlocking it with rare prism?

Ooku has started and it’s a lot of no-battle quests. Thankfully they fixed the loading screen problem.

As for Anniversary and Summer announcements, it looks like we’ll be getting early info on Famitsu just like last few years.

At any rate, August 10th will be the start of either Summer or Anniversary event. Or both.

Part 2 starts today. I think. The nice thing about this event is it’s twice the store and thus fous. Also nice the CEs are mostly shared.

On semi-related note, I finished the first challenge quest with some help of command seals.

Still nothing much. There’s a rather weird mixed bag banner which nobody should pull from and then hunting quests.

No bones this time but I also need fangs so that’s nice-ish. Didn’t get enough of that. And then the second one today is ammos. I also can use them especially as Santa Nightingale requires 180 of them for skill level upgrade to 9.

There might be another event before anniversary? Or maybe not? No idea.

Anniversary! GSSR! Fous and stuff! Also, Skadi.

Pulled Caster GSSR because I can use Merlin or Illya or Sanzang. I didn’t get either but instead an Anastasia. She’s pretty good but 50% NP charger with area NP servant isn’t exactly rare for Caster. Helena and Nitocris, both NP2, sure are some nice bonus though.

After some terrible SSR pulls, I got her with 4 tickets. That was weird. I’m not complaining though.

That said, I don’t have that many quick servants. Not even Zerklot. There’s Edmond banner coming up next month but I’m not sure if I want to. Considering I’ll need NP2 to make him efficient enough it’ll be rather useless. I may pull the main swimsuit banners instead for about 10 rolls. Twice. Once for Salter, another one for Jeanne.

I cleared memorial quests… kind of. Used command seal for the last one. It was the first time I do the quest ever. I may come back later or something.

I also finished LB2 and finally got enough grails for level 100 Okita.

Suddenly summer rerun. I’ve got all the CEs I’ll ever need for this event so I’m doing this slowly by loading everyone with event CE and do the many turns farming instead of aiming for 3 turns as usual.

This results in slow but efficient farming in term of clearing the shop. I’ll swap them out once I clear everything out including some of the monuments because I’m running low on some of them.

Meanwhile here, I barely have any event CE so I’m farming rather slowly here. I still don’t have Kaleidoscope so it’ll be slow regardless.

I’ve finished the main story and now grinding for the extra arc.

Still quite a lot of items in the shop as well and it’s not going to be finished anytime soon. I hope I have enough time for this with less than one week remaining…

Done with the event! Mostly.

Cleared the challenge quest in lazy mode with Salter, Merlin, and Waver. That was rather easy. Not sure how I’d do it with low rarity considering it involves nuking out the mobs (which is different class), and depending on the arrangement, may also involve surviving insta-death from Erice’s NP. And full calculation of HP etc if trying with lower rarity. I ain’t got no time for that.

I also tried pulling Voyager as apparently he’s quite good for farming. Except of course I didn’t get any with just 22 rolls.

I did get him on my older account in just 6 rolls though so that’s annoying. I hope I didn’t just waste all my luck on that pull.

Oh, and, yeah, I grailed Erice up to 90 because I have some extra grails and I don’t really have anyone to give them to. I probably should’ve given them to Spartacus or Arash but hey, Elice is cute, so, yay 🤷‍♀️

Back to farming, still of course farming while clearing the missions.

Fate/Requiem event. The dice rolling game is kind of interesting? It doesn’t really do anything apart of making it difficult entering nodes though lol.

Didn’t roll for anything because the best one is the welfare.

Almost done with the story. Still need to actually finish it though. One last chapter.

I checked the challenge quest and I’m not sure how difficult it’ll be. At least the main enemy is lancer which means at worst I can try using Okita.

Next event is Gudaguda featuring Okita Alter! I don’t have much SQ left though and I think Skadi takes priority at the moment. Maybe I’ll try just 10 pulls. Hopefully that’ll be enough (lol).

I didn’t want to think too much on challenge quest so I cleared it with all the ☆5 supports and my Okita 😎

I ended up scraping for SQ during the last Okita Alter banner but still no NP3. In the end I did 51 rolls.

I finished Shimousa along the way though so that’s nice. I can finally upgrade Fuuma’s NP.

No new event in sight yet.

Okita banner! 216 rolls total for two Okitas. Yay? Or more like 432 if counting my previous failed rolls. That almost rivals my 300 rolls for single Merlin. And still hasn’t topped my 484 rolls for a single Musashi Summer (although I didn’t really aim for her at the time).

I also got Arjuna along the way. And a bunch of ☆4 servants. Annoying there’s still no Kaleidoscope. I got one Imaginary Element but I still need two more to limit break it.

It looks like I’ll be relying on (double) Waver or Arash or Nitocris for the foreseeable future.

Current plan is still more or less the same: 10 pulls for each event if there’s anyone interesting, and save the rest for Skadi and Okita Summer. And maybe Okita Alter.

As I got curious if there will even be anyone interesting until Skadi (apart of Valkyrie), I did a quick check and there’s Okita Alter (and Izo) and Salter Summer it seems? I’m not even sure how many SQ I can gather until then considering I’m currently at 0.

I do have 91 paid SQ but I’ll be saving them for next 3 years of GSSR. Assuming I’ll still play this until 2023. Or if the game still even exist.

As for the event itself, I’m almost done, just need to do last few farming. The challenge quest for this one is relatively easy thanks to all the event CE’s bonus damages.

Free SSR for 20M download campaign sure wasn’t expected. Waver is in the roster so most people who want to have easier farming time and don’t have him already will probably pick him.

I got one myself as well. Now I’m only missing Skadi for support with NP charge. Pictured above is my older account which has Waver (and Skadi) already I got more Mordred instead. Blue Saber is useful as well but NP2 SSR seems better.

With this, both my JP and NA accounts have Waver. In same month \o/ April was Waver month.

There’s still no hint of next event…

And lastly, I need to remember finishing Olympus during this 0 AP story campaign.

Apocrypha event is still ongoing. Main story should be ending soon, I think? I’ve emptied the store and the remaining raids don’t have that good of drops so I’ve most stopped, only doing raids when the AP naturally recharged.

I’m still lacking a lot of mats but I think I’ll save my apples for better raid or box events.

Also, it’s May! Which means Okita banner is coming soon. Or not so soon as it’s still at least three weeks away. I’ll have about 150 rolls for her. Hopefully that’ll be enough for at least NP1. NP2 sure would be nice.

Skadi and Okita Alter are coming soon as well. I’ll probably do 10 rolls for Okita Alter and Valkyrie then save the rest for Skadi. Assuming I have anything left after Okita banner, that is.

The challenge quest was not too bad. Mainly thanks to it’s only against single servant.

As for the roll for Waver, thankfully I got one. Not in 20 rolls as I mentioned last week though. It took me 91 rolls total. Thankfully I got two Nezha and two Wu Zetian in the process. No Kaleidoscope though.

I guess with this I’m ready for the Apocrypha raid event. Mostly.

Lostbelt no. 5 part 2, Olympus, has been released. I’m somehow halfway through it at chapter 13.

Nothing much else otherwise. Chapter 11 boss fight was kind of fun. Or not. The debuff is just annoying. At least it’s doable with solo Enkidu.

Apocrypha rerun done. Including the challenge quest which was relatively easy. The most difficult part is if Amakusa got to release his NP but that’s about it. It’s even easier with two skadi, one waver, and one zerklot (as seen above).

Apparently I did 10 pulls for Astolfo (saber) but got nothing as usual.

Up next is Olympus. I haven’t even finished reading LB4. Or Shimousa. Or Salem. Sure quite a lot of backlog I have here.

I said 10 rolls on Waver banner. And then I did like 66 :’) And got no Waver. Fuck :’)

That sucked. At least I did get Gilgamesh caster, completing my Gilgamesh lineup. There was also that d’Eon above, one more member of unknown gender. More Circe, bringing her NP to 2. Gilles de Rais caster, completing my low rarity servants lineup. More Diarmuid, another NP2. And lastly, I did get a banner SSR servant this time for a change. Except it’s the wrong one which I don’t quite need. At least this Odysseus has useful up to 6-turns taunt skill.

Now I have almost no gems and tickets.

Next event would be… probably next week after the special broadcast.

Meanwhile, hunting quest and I didn’t get to hunt much.

Saber Wars! With painful farming nodes. I finished farming the gold item but I still need quite a lot of silver and bronze items.

The event is up for another week so there’s plenty of time to finish farming. It’s just rather slow.

I did 30 rolls hoping for some event CE except I got barely any. Also no MHX. I did get Munenori though which isn’t all that useful especially at NP1.

As for the challenge quest… I think I’ll at least need to get all the event CE first. And hopefully one or two extra drops.

White day event has started. I’m still slowly farming. The overall event is relatively easy thanks to the almost no entry requirement.

The farming nodes are pretty nice as well with no stupid mixed nodes and +50% damage bonus for male servants. Which means RIP Arash.

I ran out of storage space though so I ended up using 32 each of my golden Fou for Okita-chan. And of course it’s annoyingly still 18 cards off so she’s not 2000/2000 yet. Maybe in a few months.

Talking about leveling up, I ended up grailing Jeanne Alter Summer… to 85. Mainly for the same no space reason and also because I just have been considering it for a while now. Still need one more grail for 90 though. And another lots as there are still a bunch I wanto grail to 90 and/or 100 ;_;

I’ll maybe do 10 rolls during Waver (half) banner.

No Saber Wars in sight yet. Maybe next week? Too bad I already have my Saber Alter which is better than Saber Lily.

Otherwise it’s mostly grinding for exp cards and interludes and strengthening quests. There are still quite a lot of things to do here. I sure wish I have Waver and Kaleidoscopes. With those two, even without other ☆4 or ☆5 servants, farming will be way easier.

I did 10 rolls on Waver (half) banner here. And got nothing. Almost. I did get Beowulf which I don’t quite need especially considering we’re getting Jeanne Alter Summer in few months.

At least he’ll do as interim single target berserker as there’s just not many of his type on low rarity servants. That said, his skills are about as useful as Lu Bu so I’m not sure if he’s that much better.

Amazoness.com event done. There’s actually challenge quest which I should probably do without a pair of Ishtar and Gilgamesh but it was pretty horrible and finished using low rarity servants anyway so I guess it’s good enough.

Later levels sure are a bit more challenging. Mainly when figuring out how to do it in fewest number of turns. That and saving planning for the run without running out usable servants. I didn’t use any guides for the floors so that added a bit of challenge.

Next event is still at least one week away so I can focus on NA’s Valentine for now.

I did some rolls for that Saber Alter NP2 above though. 187 of them. That took out almost the entirety of my SQ savings. And I only ended up with one of her. It looks like I’m not getting NP5 of her anytime soon.

Or Skadi if her rate up ever comes up again. Probably not. That reminded me, the next GSSR is probably single mixed pool so my chance of rolling her there is even lower.

I did get a few additional ☆4 and ☆5 servants though:

Setsubun is over, and it’s now Valentine.

I finished Setsubun just in time and cleared the challenge quest without much problem this time around. It took me over two hours two years ago. Dealing with target focus by using area NP 😃

Valentine has started and I figured I should do something like 5 pulls for at least some event CEs. I got Semiramis on first pull instead. Yay?

That ended my rolls though so I have no extra CEs except for the lowest rarity one as I have a bunch of extra FPs from previous box gacha. I have four in total at the moment and I still have some more FPs to burn so I’m hoping I can get a fifth copy so I can limit break it.

On the Valentine event itself, well, I’m grinding through it as usual.

This event is actually the time I got my current JP account. I couldn’t finish it on time of course with my barely existing team at the time. And that also annoyingly left me with four copies of ☆3 event CEs and two shop CEs.

Well, I shouldn’t have too much problem clearing this event this time.
